In the event of an actual or apparent violation of these guidelines Ashford reserves the right in its sole discretion to take such action as it deems appropriate with respect to the written plan in question if any including without limitation amending and/or altering the written plan to make the written plan compliant or disqualifying and/or not posting the written plan on the Entry Site.
